General Announcement

A powerful way to support your child’s success in school is to build on the great habits they’re already developing.  Reviewing attendance together helps your child stay confident, organized, and aware of their progress.

Testing

Our second graders will be taking the Cognitive Abilities Test (CogAT), one of our district’s Highly Capable (HiCap) measures, part of our Second Grade Universal Screening process, on Tuesday, March 3 - Thursday, March 5, in the mornings

Online Learning

We're excited to announce that applications are open for our new virtual high school, ISD Online! Students who will be in grades 9-12 in the 2026-27 school year who are interested in a flexible, supportive and student-centered online school are invited to apply now. Details enclosed.

If your child will attend kindergarten with us in the fall, please register by April 30, 2025.  It is important for us to have the most accurate count possible for our incoming kindergarten students so we can have the correct number of teachers and staff members ready to welcome the class of 2039! 

Volunteering Icon for Announcements

Issaquah High School, Liberty High School and Skyline High School warmly invite you to participate as a volunteer interviewer in our annual Senior Exit Interviews. Interviewers ask students to respond to two or three predetermined questions, then provide written feedback to support students in strengthening their skills for future job, college and scholarship interviews. Details enclosed.

ISD Summer School 2026 offers flexible in-person and online learning opportunities to help students recover credits, meet graduation requirements, or get ahead in a supportive, focused environment. With classes running July 6–31 at Issaquah High School and select online courses available, families can explore options that best fit their student’s academic goals.
